    Delegate Folk moves to amend the amendment in subsection (b) of section six on page three on line seven immediately following the word “attorney” by striking the word “or” and inserting the following new subdivision:

“(8) Any municipal court judge; or ”

AND

renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
